I have "M" visa (not resident). My family can get Q or S type?

I've got "M" type (after extension), 6 month available. I am doing supervision in behalf of a Singapore company (for next two years) and I am not resident (my company do not have a office in China). I want to bring my family to stay with me (wife and one child). What kind my family can get in the Embassy (except L type )? Thanks
