from Macau Int'l Airport,what is the best affordable hotel that's near the city? thank you

we have not so much budget, we would want to make our stay productive enough to be able to enjoy the places. what can you suggest that we take for our hotel accomodation? we are a group of 4. my father is not much of a traveller so I am really seeking for answers that would make our stay worthwile for him to enjoy as well.
