About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I heard that in order to obtain a Visa L, I have to apply through a travel agency is that true?

Also, I'm currently a student in Korea and ARC will expire in September. I had a visa to Hong Kong last year. Can I still apply?

Yes, you need to apply from the appointed travel agencies. However, I am afraid that you may not apply for it successfully since your ARC card is valid less than six months.
