Can you apply for a visa in your Tai Bao Zheng at Shenzhen Baoan International Airport?

I am planning to fly directly to Baoan International Airport and was wondering if they also have a place in the airport to allow me to get a visa in my Tai Bao Zheng to enter China like they provide at the Hong Kong International Airport. If so, where at the airport may I contact? Thank you for your help.
