About:China Postal Service

This is My Tracking no (RC440724330CN) AND i want to know that how many days does it take to receive a package from China to North East India?

It has been despatch since last month from china, Beijing I've been waiting and its almost being a month i haven't receive my parcel yet what takes it so long?
