Minimum time required for transferring flight at Beijing Capital Airport.

I am flying from Delhi to Vancouver with stop in BJ. Arrival Time in BJ 11-30 and Departure Time from BJ for Vancouver is 13-00. Would I have enough time for catching the flight to Vancouver? What happens if the flight from Delhi is late in arriving? Both legs of the flight is operated by Air China.
