i have been waiting for a parcel from china, the seller is so confusing can you help me

im trying to track this LVS1375229013041983. i would just like to know if it is in the UK yet or not. thank you.

Never seen such a weird tracking number. I tried to search but got no results. You may ask the sender what courier he used to send you the package.
