I am arriving at Pudong Airport and need to get to the Shanghai Hotel Wulumuqi Road North, what is the best way to do this please

You can take the airport shuttle bus line 2 to reach its terminal at Jing'an Temple Station. Then you can walk along the West Nanjing Road to find North Wulumuqi Road. Then walk along that road to your hotel.
From the stop Jing'an Temple to your hotel, there is about 800m.
