About:China Postal Service

i have status NULL. please what does it mean?

i check my order n. RB506549148CN. i mean that my order arrived in Slovakia, but i don know, why i have status NULL?

I don't know if how your national post deals with packages sent from China. Some countries changed the tracking numbers after they arrive. I guess that's why Null status appears because tracking system doesn't recognize China Post's tracking number.

Since it already arrives, I think you either wait for its delivery patiently or go to the post office to check it on your own.
