can i send a parcel using china air post from ottawa, canada to china?

or is this service restricted to parcels going from china to anywhere else

Sorry, China Post doesn't have foreign branches in Ottawa. You can send your parcal via the post office. When it comes to China, China Post sends it to the receiver.
