flying to/from singapore via international terminal at meilan airport

I'm flying to and from Singapore next month. If I take the shuttle bus from Haikou to the airport, does it stop at the International Terminal as well? If not, how would I get from the Domestic Terminal to the International Terminal?

As I know, the new international terminal has been put into use since last Aug. By taking the shuttle bus from city center, you will get to the arrival hall of the old terminal (present domestic one). Upon getting off, you can walk westwards to the new international terminal! To get the exact infor, you can also dial 86 898 6576 0631 to ask in advance!
