Can I buy a flat iron for my hair at Walmart in BJ? How much are they?

I found some Walmarts in BJ and think it would be easier to buy my flat iron in China so it won't burn up because of voltage differences.

Yes, you are right.
The price is different for different types of flat iron. For a common one, the price is around 50 to 100RMB.
