About:Passport

Can I visit to Macau with less than 6 months valid passport?

Hi I am an Indian Passport holder. My Passport expires on 15th July 2014. But I have travel Plans to Macau from 4th May 2014 to 10th May 2014.
The Macao immigration site states for countries like India that do not require a visa “one with 1 month validity beyond the intended stay is accepted by immigration officers of Hong Kong & Macau”. Can you please suggest if I will have any challenges to travel to Macau?

You can show your return ticket as proof that you will leave Macao at least one month beforethe expiration of your passport.

Dear VT,
Did you travel to Hong Kong and Macau in May 2014? Did you face any issue at the indian or Hong Kong airport? Do let me know as I am facing similar problem
