About:Getting to Urumqi

The Yining train arrives in Urumqi at 7:50 am, can we connect by flight to Beijing at 10:00 a.m.?

We plan to take the K9790 train from Yining to Umq that leaves from 9:45 p.m. to arrive at 7:00 a.m. the next day. Then we want to fly to Beijing at 10:00 a.m. Can we go from the train station to the airport within an hour to take the 10:00 flight?

Your time is so tight! As the customs check in the airport is strict, it may take longer, so you may miss your plane. Therefore, you'd better change to another flight to ensure a smooth trip!

Hi , There
I think its possible if the train arrive on time . you can take off the train at XiZhan which is closest Train station to Urumqi , nearly 20 kms . you can save on some time and that station is closer to the airport compare with drive from Urumqi train station .
