We are arriving HK from the Philippines on April 13 using Philippine Airlines ticket. How do we avail of the free shuttle service to Royal Plaza Hotel at 193 Prince Edward Road West.

Upon landing, you can follow the guiding signs to Aiprort Express! By that, you can get off at Kowloon Station, near which you can easily find free shuttle bus line K5. It can directly take you to the hotel!
