I want to know why my one of parcel is taking more time than other?Tracking number is RC482774218CN.

Hello there, I am waiting for the item with tracking RC482774218CN, I received some other parcels from the Shanghai by same China post very fast which was sent later than this, and this item is taking more than estimated time. One can track this number, it is showing in Shanghai with status "Departure from outward office of exchange". Please let me know what is the problem with this item. Item is coming from China to France.

it is in customs in all depends on how fast customs clear all the parcel from there warehouse
