return tickets

it would appear you are not able to buy tickets for a return journey I went to Shenzhen from Nanning an overnight train taking 15 hours on arrival I needed to book a return ticket to Nanning and was advised they are all sold out so I had to waste 3 more says in a hotel and take the train later this appears to be for security have any other people found this to be the case>

yes. it is the case. i changed my plan for an emergency and booked the tickets only one day beforehand, but was told that all the tickets were sold out. Finally i had to take flight instead. Next time we should book the tickets as early as possible.
