About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Is it possible to book a flight to beijing using copies of my passport, health cert and my FEC?

hi, i have sent my passport to beijing because it will expire. but there may be a possibility my res permit will expire before my new passport returns. thanks J

According to what I know, you can book the air ticket with your passport number. When you board the plane, you will be asked to provide your passport and visa (if required).
