My work/career has been bad with colleagues who are bitching and backstabbing me. What are my future in terms of work/career and personal life? Thanks.

Yes, you may suffer great stress this year, but if you can well control your temper and try to handle everything patiently, you will overcome all! Don't feel too frustrated by now! Try your best to bear your coworkers and get along with them. Then you will feel life is much easier!
