I'd like to do overnight stay in Ningbo, then go to visit Putuoshan. What is the easiest way? Thanks

I suggest you go to NB South Bus Station or North Bus Station to take a direct bus to Shenjiamen. Then take a taxi to Banshengdong port to catch a ferry to Putuoshan.
