I might be visiting Beijing for attending a training from Pakistan and if so, I might plan to visit Hong Kong for a few days. Do Pakistanis need a separate one to enter HK or is it a free entry if I already have a Chinese Visa? Also, what if I would like to return to Beijing for my return flight? Same or will need a new one? Thanks in advance.

Yes, you need to apply for a HK visa also by contacting Hong Kong Immigration Department directly. The Chinese one can not be used to visit Hong Kong.
