Can I take a bus from hkia to dorsett regency kwun tong kowloon. Which number bus and how much.

The buses to your hotel exist, but you need to transfer.
From the airport, you can take the bus line E32 to get to SUN KWAI HING GARDENS Stop and then change to bus line 40 to get to KWUN TONG HOI YUEN ROAD Stop. Then you can walk to your hotel.
