Can I use American currency at Jinan Airport?

or can I exchange at the Airport? How much does it cost to catch the bus from Jinan to Dongying City?

The USD cannot be used in the airport, so you need to exchange it in the airport. The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China there will be in service.
The shuttle bus to Dongying costs about 100RMB per person and it takes about two hours and a half.
