i want to get new passport and visa if i can..how much the price i need yp pay and what punishment i get because i lost my passport and i over stay already my visa only 14days.how can i get new philippines  passport in china?

Hi, you need to pay fine about RMB 10000 for overstay. For new passport application, you should first get an police report the loss at the local police station and get a police report then you can apply for passport replacement from your embassy/consulate in China.
