i am australian pasport holder want to visit shanghai for 4-5 days

pesently i am in india visiting relatives do i need a visa if so what is the cost and how do i get it should i visit your embassy in delhi

Yes, you need to apply for a tourist L in advance through CVASC, the application center in Delhi. Fee is RS 3421 for a single entry under regular processing.
