About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Handling pre-booked E-tickets

Is that correct? I can book all my train ticket with you in advance (how long, also several month before?), I will receive E-tickets and will exchange them to paper ticket directly at the train station before my departure?

Yes. You can book all tickets with us several monthes before. But all tickets will be issued 20 days before their departure dates. We will offer the booking Nos. to you and then you can collect them at the railway station along with your passports. Or, we can deliver all of the tickets to you hotel if needed.
