What is the extra handling fee while collecting paper ticket from Hong Kong Kowloon station.

Hi,

We are going to book bullet train tickets from Shanghai to Beijing from your website. We will be at Hong Kong too and as we may have some free time at Hong Kong, we may collect our ticket from Hong Kong Kowloon Station instead of Shanghai Honq station.

What is the extra handling fee while collecting paper ticket from Hong Kong Kowloon Station. I know it is free while collecting it from Shanghai station.

1. Do we need to inform in advance from where we are collecting ticket OR we can collect it from anywhere as per our free time.

Thank you for your inquiry.

There will be a service fee HKD10 to 30 per ticket according to the ticket price. If ticket price is higher than 300RMB, the service fee is HKD30. You can collect ticket from counter No, 1 to 10 as long as the station is still open for service.
