About:Hong Kong Octopus Card

Handling fee for on-loan Octopus card.

If I loan an Octopus card and returned it within 7 days and the remaining value is less than 300 HKD, will I be charged HKD 11 or 1% of the remaining value (whicheve is higher) as the handling fee ?

Yes, you will as you return it within 90 days from the date of issue.
