We are planning to go to Macau this coming week,& it is already our flight

If you just want to cover these places, I am sure you can finish in one day.
From the Terminal, you can visit the Fisherman's Wharf first, which is within the walking distance from the terminal. Then you can take a public bus line 15A from the Fisherman's Wharf to A-ma Temple. After that you can take the same line to Ruins of St. Paul. The Monte Fort is just above the Ruins of St Pau and you can easily walk to reach there. It is suggested to look the direction boards carefully. I should remind you there are two ways to climb the Monte Fort, climbing by yourself and use the escalator, so you need to look the signs to find the escalator, so that you will not need to climb.

From the Monte Fort, you can walk to the Camoes Gardens by following the direction boards. The signs boards in that place are very clear, which helped me a lot.

Then you can walk back to the Ruins and then walk along the San Ma Lo to Sintra Hotel to take the free shuttle buses for City of Dreams directly. Then from that place, you can also find the free shuttle buses to the Ferry Terminal. If time is possible, the Venetian is suggested to have a look, next to the City of Dreams.
