I am cuming to marry a national and live with her what is the correct vesa is there a live agent ?

You firstly need an S visa to enter China and deal with the marriage registeration, then with your marriage certificate and invitation letter from your spouse, you can further apply for a Q1 visa for longer duration of stay in China.
