Consular Jurisdiction

My New Jersey drivers license is expired? Is the address on my JW202 and the V2013 enough to prove that I am in the correct consular district? Will I be okay with just my US Passport as ID?

Where is your passsport issued from? actually, they only check your passport for such information.

My expired passport was issued from Philadelphia, my current passport just says US Department of State under authority.

Yes, you can show your passport and the address on your JW202 for student X application.
