About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

Working in China for more than 5 years

I have lived and worked in China since June, 2008. I have always had the proper visa, paid taxes, and no criminal record. I would like to apply for a permanent resident one because at this time I am having to renew it every six months, for corporate reasons unrelated to my personal situation. I am wondering if there are agencies or attorneys that specialize in this type of work, as I am under the impression that the laws about this subject have changed a lot in the last year or so. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi, I have to say that it is very difficult for you to get permanent residence even if you are qualified as what listed above. You can have a try to contact some visa agencies for application though. Good luck!
