About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

Hi, i married with a filipino on last year. and he working in china already more than 5 years.so dose his 5 years be counted on the five years required stay in china?

if your marriage has lasted for five years, and he have lived in China for five years in a row, the annual stay in China being no shorter than nine months, and have stable and secured living status and place to live; the 5 years is counted.
