where should i apply for pr ? in shanghaiin the hu kou's city?

Hi, I am holding Singapore passport and work permit in China for more than 5 years. My wife is Chinese. I meet all the requirements to apply for Permanent residence in China. My wife's Hu Kou is in Shenyang, but she has been working in Shanghai with Residence Permit in Shanghai. In this case, i would like to know in which city should i apply for PR? In Shanghai or in Shenyang?Thanks.

You can apply in Shenyang where she have registered her Hu Kou. But if you have lived in Shanghai for last 5 years, you can also apply in Shanghai. Please contact the local PSB for more information.
