BUS FROM KM TO CHIANG MAI :-A) IS THIS A DAILY SERVICE ?B) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ?C) WHAT IS THE COST ?

As I know, there is direct bus from KM to Chian Mai, but only the flight exists. If you want to take the bus, you have to transfer and in totally without any rest along the bus trip, it takes about 28 hours on the way.
