About:Chengdu Travel

I will be in Chengdu Jan2, was wondering if I should take a tour to go to Panda Centre or I could go by taxi (round trip)?

I see that the tour price is a bit expensive. Please advise

You can go for a visit by yourself. No need to join a tour. I remember the taxi fare from the city center to the Panda Center is around CNY30.

which hotel are you gonna stay, it might took few minutes up to an hour to get there, depends where you staying.

Hi all, thanks for your info. I'll be staying at Somerset Riverview. Is it far from the Panda Center?

Besides Panda Center, what else do you recommend to see? without a tour for sure

Cause you are staying a little bit south , taxi to go there would be around 40yuan(7-9usd) round trip will be 80-90yuan(14-17usd) the cab won't wait you there just take another one
