About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

hi my family are travelling to shanghia on Jan 2 from Ireland via Germany to shanghia staying shan

Shanghia for 5 days leaving for Seoul and then on to tokoyo we are then returning to shanghia for 1 day for our flight home can we use 144 visa free option on entering shanghia on both occasions
