About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Will arrive on Jan 2, 2019 and will take a cruise on Jan 5, 2019.

We have US Passport. First stop on cruise is Nagasaki and will leave the country from Singapore. Do we qualify for the 144 free Visa? I know it is winter time in Shanghai but, Do you guys have city tour available on Jan 3, 2019?
