Beijing Transport enquiry

I am staying in Kaisheng Xingfeng International Hotel (No.2 Tianzhu East Road) and want to travel to Nanshan Ski Village (Shengshuitou Village, Henanzhai Town, Miyun County). Can i take a taxi to and fro? How much is the estimated cost? Do i take metered taxi? Do you think i will encounter heavy traffic?
