About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

from austra arriving 10:20 in beijng and leaving 13:00 to hong kong we have enough time?

arriving dec 21st from Austria OS63 at 10:20 in beijng PEK terminal 3, and leaving at 13:00 to hong kong with China CA10, do we have enough time?
