shanghai 15-18 may 2014

Hi, I have some questions :
1. How's the weather around may? Cold? Wet with rain?
2. Can I sleep in pudong airport since I'll arrive around midnight? I've booked hotel near yuyuan garden
3. How to cruise along the river at night? Should I book a local tour?
4. Is it possible to visit west lake in hangzhou without stay in there? How to go to hangzhou?

The average temperature is around 20 to 22C during your traveling according to the previous records. It may rain a lot than other seasons, but it will not rain heavilys, so it will not affect your traveling.
You can sleep in the airport hotel between T1 and T2 for a night.
The ticket can be bought at the ticket office. You can go to the SH Cruise Service center at No. 18, Lujiabang Road to have a look.
Yes, it is possible to visit the West Lake in one day. From Hongqiao Railway Station, you can find the direct bullet trains for Hangzhou and then you can take the last bullet trains going back.
