About:China Embassy in Thailand

Visa for China (Shenzen), applying at Bangkok with Chinease Invitation letter / Possible ?

I am going a few days for Meetings to Shenzen. Since I am currently in Oman I can not get it at my Country. I have an official Invitation letter for my China visit. I just pass by Thailand because of the visa. At Thailand I have the normal Tourist one. Thanks for help and clarifications.

Personally, I am afraid that you might not apply for it successfully in Thailand. As the embassy requires, the applicants who apply in the third country are usually required to provide the resident permit for working or studying there. But you can give it a try. If you fail, I think you should go back to your own country and apply there.

Facts and figures from Mo. 09.12.2013:

1. Been there at 08:30 / Open 09:00 got ticket number 62 (waited 1 hour 20 Min)
2. With a standard 30 days visa (Tourist) not possible anymore. You need any kind of a payable Thai visa.
3. EVEN THEN NO EXPRESS Processing anymore possible.... for European countries !

4. For me not a very big problem..because can issue at HKG.. a 5 day Shenzen VOA.

However time has changed.. which life was easy at Thailand.
