can i get a voa??

Question

I work for a courier company that wants to send accompanied small packages to China.  There will be no time to get a visa when the package is ready.  Can I get a VOA to deliver the package, spend a night at a hotel, and fly back the next day?  Airline tickets and hotel would be booked before departure.

I am afraid not, but you can have a try to apply through CVASC using rush service for processing. You can get visa on the next working days generally.
