About:China Visa

I work in China and want to visit Tibet

I am an American currently teaching English at a school in Wuxi, China. I am on a Work visa now and I want to visit Tibet this summer during our break. I have read that I need special permission to enter Tibet and I was wondering what that entails. any help would be appreciated.

You need to apply through a travel agency for the Tibet Travel Permit. Try this travelchinaguide if you like. But as I know, it is too early to apply now if you plan to visit in summer.
