About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Flight Shanghai - Tokyo - Seoul - Shanghai Vienna

I'm currently doing an exchange semester in Shanghai. I have an X2 visa and have already used my single entry to visit Hong Kong. I'd like to visit Japan and Korea, enter China to pick up my stuff and leave to my home country. I am from Austria and have already booked my fligh home.

Is it possible to use the 72-hour free transit in this case?

Thanks!

Yes, I think you can make use of the 72 hours free transit to get back your luggage and return your country.
