Can I take the ferry even though I booked my flight with Jet Airlines and what is the process from the port to the ferry terminal, do I take my luggage with me on the ferry and then collect it in Hong Kong, or something else?

For the airline company, do you refer to the Jet airway, if so, you can take the ferry from Shekou Port to HKIA, otherwise, it is not available to take the ferry for HK from this port. For the luggage issue, you need to tag your luggage to Skypier of HKIA and then check in luggage for flight.
