Don't worry! Taxi is operating all the year round, so you can surely catch that during Chinese Spring Festival.

The taxi charges CNY13 for the first 3km. Further than 3km, it costs CNY2.3/km. And CNY1 has to be paid for each use of the taxi for fuel fee.

According to the past weather records, it will be cold at that time, with the average temp of around -5C. It may have snowed then or will snow later. The exact infor needs your attention to the weather forecast for due time.

The public transport will still operate, but most stores or shops would close. However, for the attraction, such as Great Wall and Temple of Heaven, they are open all round the year.
Hope help!
