Transit Visa fee for Kyrgyzstan citizens

I am citizen of Kyrgyzstan, but nowadays studying in South Korea. For winter vacation I bought round-trip flight ticket to Malaysia with transit stopover in China (Seoul-Shanghai Pudong Airport-Kuala Lumpur). To go outside of the Pudong International Airport within 10 hours do I need a free-transit at the airport of Shanghai? Or I have to get a G type before the leaving of South Korea? How much does G type cost for Kyrgyzstan citizen?

According to the 24 hours free transit rule, you needn't apply for a G type because you stay less than 10 hours at the airport and onward air ticket to Kuala Lumpur.

Well, 72 hours free transit is for citizens of 45 countries but 24 hours free transit is also applicable to all passengers from the world. However, I also read that some people who meet requirements for 24 hours free transit still get refused. I don't know why. So good luck to you.
