Visa-Mexican flying from Incheon South Korea-Shanghai Pudong-USA

I am currently for a manufacturing operations visit in SK and I need to go to Suzhou China for a non-scheduled visit for 1 week, my travel itinerary will be Incheon SK-Shanghai-USA.

If I can use the 72 free transit, it will be possible?
