About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Helsinki-Beijing-Manila

Are there no limitation of different airlines ticket for this free visa transit? I have a round trip flight helsinki-beijing with finnair, If i buy a ticket of Philippines air, is it ok for PSB?
